<\/p>\nWe went fishing…<\/p>\n
\u00a0Isaiah caught his very first fish!<\/p>\n It’s HUUUUGE! I think it was the spiderman fishing pole that brought him luck!<\/p>\n We walk the pier all the time since we live so close. The kids run from bucket to bucket checking out the day’s catch, so it was pretty exciting for them to have a catch of their own. Then…<\/p>\n Grandpa caught a STARfish!<\/p>\n \u00a0Later, Daddy caught one too… not very good eatin’ so we threw em back.<\/p>\n Lily let Grandma borrow her pink barbie fishing pole, but all she caught was seaweed. Lots and lots of seaweed. Maybe barbie is a vegetarian.<\/p>\n And then, there was this huge scary pelican who was fishing too.<\/p>\n He was HUGE.<\/p>\n I didn’t want Isaiah to get too close because, I think the pelican could have eaten him.<\/p>\n But sweet Isaiah, he decided to feed him his prize catch, which the pelican swallowed whole.<\/p>\n Later that night…we had jiffy pop, hot cocoa\u00a0and hot delicious smores by the fire.<\/p>\n Thing of beauty, isnt it? Can’t you almost smell it?<\/p>\n Lily was just plain giddy. She was staying up WAAY past her bedtime…<\/p>\n eating all KINDS of snacks she never had!<\/p>\n Isaiah loves smores!<\/p>\n The next day we had breakfast at Ruby’s on the pier and watched the pros catch fish after fish.<\/p>\n Then we did some crafts and played games at the kids club, went swimming,<\/p>\n tried out the sauna, and ended our day with a sushi dinner at Harney’s.<\/p>\n<\/p>\n<\/p>\n<\/p>\n<\/p>\n<\/p>\n<\/p>\n<\/p>\n<\/p>\n<\/p>\n<\/p>\n<\/p>\n<\/p>\n<\/p>\n<\/p>\n<\/p>\n
