We will have a Wild Animal Park adventure!

On Friday August 5 we are going to the Wild Animal park for a behind the scenes tour! We are going to feed the giraffes and rhino's and visit where the tram doesn't go! I CAN'T WAIT!
Experience the safari of your life on a Photo Caravan Safari Tour.
Photo Caravan Safari Tours: Experience the safari of your life on one of our Photo Caravan Safari Tours. Safari trucks take you into the heart of our large field exhibits, where you get an up-close-and-personal look at the free-roaming animals of Africa and Asia. And don't forget to bring lots of film for some amazing photo opportunities.

And in October we are going to sleep over at the Wild Animal Park!
Roar & SnoreĀ® Camp-Overs at the Wild Animal Park
Roar & Snore Camp-overs give you the full, outdoor campout experience.
Embark on a primitive overnight experience in one of the world's most fascinating natural settings. When you check in at the Wild Animal Park at 4 p.m. on the day of your camp-over, you will be met by Camp Guides who will greet you and escort you on a trek to your campsite. Bring your sleeping bag, pillow, and camera, and camp near the Wild Animal Park's Kilima Point, overlooking the expanse and exotic residents of the spectacular East Africa field exhibit.
From there you will enjoy camp activities, an after-hours look at the wild life of our animals, guided walks, animal encounters, a campfire program, al fresco dining, and the unique opportunity to experience the Wild Animal Park at night.
Price includes tent accommodations, dinner, campfire snack, pancake breakfast, camp activities, and the opportunity to enjoy the Park starting as early as 9 a.m. on the day of your camp-over. You may also remain at the Park the entire next day, so you get both days included with the purchase of a single day's admission ticket. Parking fees are not included and are paid upon arrival.
Familiarize yourself with the following information as you plan your special night. Remember, you will be sleeping in tents under the stars, and you may hear animal sounds which are unfamiliar to you! Wear your walking shoes for guided tours over varied terrain. Our staff includes health care personnel (EMT) and security who will be on grounds throughout the night in case of an emergency. Limited restroom facilities (no showers) are available all night, and our staff can direct you to a telephone if necessary.
Your Roar & Snore hosts are Park staff who will accompany you throughout the entire camping event. When you check in for your camp-over at 4 p.m., you will be greeted by camp staff who will check you in, load your luggage for transport to the campsite, then escort you on a walk to the campsite at Kilima Point, overlooking our sweeping East Africa exhibit.
