The Best Ever

I had to write this down, so I can come back to it one day when I need it!

Tonight while we were getting you ready for bed, you came up to me and said, "Mommy, the best in the whole world mommy." And then you turned to daddy and said, "Daddy, the best daddy ever, daddy."

I just about melted right then. We couldn't believe that you said that, completely unprompted. I'm sure we will be reliving that moment over and over throughout the years, since you won't always feel that way. But I love that you do now, Isaiah, the best son ever, in the whole world.
