You Are So Loved

We had a birthday party for you last Saturday. Our house is really small so we couldn't invite the whole family- but your closest family members were there, as well as your closest little friends. We decorated the house with a Dog theme, since you love dogs so much. When you came downstairs your face lit up to see the balloons (you say BAAA) and the dogs (DOTS), two of your most favorite things! You kept saying BAAA! DOT! You were so happy the whole time! You had a blast playing with your little friends and your cousins. You are such a social little guy- talking and playing with everyone. We all gathered around to sing Happy Birthday to you. It was a room full of people who love you. We sang to you and I felt so much love for you by everyone in the room, it almost brought me to tears. You seemed awestruck by everyone singing to you- you were looking around the room with your big eyes full of wonder. You are so blessed Isaiah and so are we, to have so many people love you so much. I know you won't remember your first Birthday when you get older, but I will never forget it- how happy you were, how loved you are. I hope when you look back on the pictures, you realize just how much God has blessed you, and blessed us all.
