I'm grounded
For those of you who visit my blog daily (you know who you are)- I wanted to let you know- I am grounding myself from the internet and the computer for the weekend. Nevermind that it's already 1:35 pm on Saturday- which is precisely why I'm grounding myself-because I've done nothing productive today. Just web surfed, blog watched and websurfed some more.
Meanwhile- the kitchen is a mess from last night's festivities, the carpet is unvacuumed, and there are ants in the laundry room- while I am glued to the net- doing nothing productive and Isaiah's nap time flies by! So after I publish this- I will not be emailing, blogging, checking your blogs, commenting, or leaving messages on your boards as I am usually obsessed with doing. Should you need to contact me- we will have to revert to the ancient ways of the telephone! We'll see how this weekend without my drug of choice goes. I may go through withdrawal- but I need to get something done! I'll be back on Monday! XOXO

Eileen I know it was a hard decision but it had to be done! You are a very strong woman and I have faith in you, and know that you are reading this now for the first time on Monday...(it's very early on Monday morning,but it is Monday! It may even be 12:01 PM, but it is Monday! And I am proud of you and I knew you could do it! Why do we get so obsessed with everything in our lives? 4 us- IT'S ALL OF US or NOTHING!
OH and I hope you weren't referring to me as one of the people who check your blog daily okay, I have more of a life than that! Cuz when I was in St. Louis for a week I only checked it once...okay maybe twice, but not daily!
Thanks for keeping the faith! Yes, it's early Monday! I have to admit- I did look over Dave's shoulder as he checked our ebay auctions... and don't pretend you don't check my blog daily like I check yours. Sometimes you know what happened in my day before I even talk to you and you're not psychic. You know you're checking today to see if I've replied to your comment.
You do have MUCH more of a life than me- Mr. and Mrs. Jetsetter- Missouri, Hawaii, broadway shows, etc etc. I bet you even take long showers and shave your legs! Jealousy talking here. But just wait till you have a baby. JUST WAIT! LIVE IT UP GIRLFRIEND! XOXO
