Garlic Dressing

Andy Gozales Recipe

1 large clove garlic, peeled
crushed, and finely chopped
(about 1 teaspoon)
2 teaspoons Dijon-style mustard
2 teaspoons red wine vinegar
1/8 teaspoon salt
ΒΌ teaspoon freshly ground black pepper
2 tablespoons peanut, canola, or virgin olive oil

Place all dressing ingredients
In a bowl and whisk briefly
To mix but not emulsify
